1. Overview
At Shrewd Threads, all products are carefully produced and dispatched from the UK using trusted courier services. We aim to deliver your order as quickly and reliably as possible.
2. Processing Times
All orders are made to order.
- Processing time: 1–3 working days
- Orders are typically dispatched once production is complete
During busy periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
3. Shipping Method
All UK orders are shipped using Evri.
- Fully tracked delivery service
- Estimated delivery time: 2–4 working days after dispatch
Tracking details will be provided once your order has been shipped.
4. Delivery Expectations
While we aim to meet all delivery estimates, delays may occasionally occur due to courier demand, weather, or peak periods.
Shrewd Threads is not responsible for delays once the parcel has been handed to the courier.
5. Safe Delivery & Parcel Collection
In some cases, Evri may not be able to deliver directly to your address.
If this happens:
- Your parcel may be redirected to a local parcel shop or drop-off point
- You may be required to collect your order in person
- Valid ID may be required for collection
Customers are responsible for collecting parcels within the timeframe specified by the courier.
6. Incorrect Address Details
Please ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout.
- We are not responsible for orders sent to incorrectly provided addresses
- Additional costs for re-delivery may be charged to the customer
7. Lost or Missing Parcels
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe:
- Please allow up to 7 working days from dispatch before reporting
- Contact us with your order number and tracking details
We will assist in locating your parcel and resolving the issue where possible.
